Marikl Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to marikl, an online betting platform built for Malaysian users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and marikl ("We" or "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the marikl website, account, and services.

By registering an account with marikl, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use the marikl platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the marikl platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age 21 at the time of registration. marikl enforces a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened by an underage individual.
• Malaysian resident or citizen, or individuals accessing the platform legally from Malaysia. Users from countries where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register.
• Full legal capacity to enter into a contract and are not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in betting activities.
• Valid personal information — full name, national ID number, Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. Registration using false information or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• One account only per individual. marikl does not permit multiple accounts to be held by the same person or household.

Marikl reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts without prior notice if there is evidence that any of the above eligibility requirements have not been met. Any balance in an account closed due to an eligibility violation may be forfeited at marikl's discretion.

3 User Account & Security

Once registration is complete, you will have a unique, personal marikl account. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any bets, deposits, withdrawals, and settings changes made.

• Password confidentiality — Never share your marikl account password with anyone, including family members. marikl will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat under any circumstances.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) — we strongly encourage all members to enable 2FA for an added layer of security. This protects your account from unauthorized access.
• Immediate Report — If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else or notice any suspicious activity, contact the marikl support team immediately via live chat.
• Latest Updates — Keep your account's personal information accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your phone number or email must be reported to our support team.

Account security responsibility rests entirely with you as the account holder. marikl is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions at marikl are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). marikl does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in your own name.

• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• FPX Internet Banking — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam, and other FPX member banks

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Daily maximum deposit: RM 10,000 for accounts without full verification; RM 50,000 for fully verified accounts.
• Deposit processing time: Instant for eWallet and DuitNow; 5–15 minutes for FPX, depending on your bank.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per application.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, subject to completed identity verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 working days. marikl reserves the right to extend this period to up to 7 business days for security review purposes.
• Members may only request a withdrawal after meeting the rollover requirements set for any bonus received.
• Marikl reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents (MyKad copy, bank statement) before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

5 General Betting Rules

The marikl platform offers a wide range of betting categories including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL, and over 50 international leagues), Live Casino, slots, blackjack, roulette, and lottery. All bets placed on the marikl platform are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
• Technical disruption: If a technical disruption occurs during an active game or bet, marikl reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to the member's account.
• Bet limit: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, clearly displayed within the game interface.
• Odds error: If there is an error in odds or payouts that are clearly unreasonable (e.g., odds set abnormally high due to a technical error), marikl reserves the right to void the bet in question and notify the member.
• Suspicious activity: marikl monitors all betting activity. Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated software (bots), or collude with other members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

For football specifically, bet outcomes are based on the official results announced by the relevant match organiser. Extra time, penalties, and injury time are factored in depending on the market type selected.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Marikl offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive football season offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover (turnover) requirement: Every bonus credited to your account carries its own rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. marikl's standard rollover requirement is 8x to 15x bonus value, depending on the bonus type. Full terms are stated on each promotion's page.
• One bonus at a time: Members are only eligible for one active bonus offer at any one time. Stacking bonuses or attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus eligibility: The Welcome Bonus is exclusively for new members who have never held a marikl account before. Existing members who open a new account to claim this bonus will be considered fraudulent.
• Bonus expiry date: All bonuses have a validity period stated at the time the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Right to cancel: marikl reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7 Responsible Gaming

Marikl is fully committed to responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members manage their playing habits and ensure betting remains a healthy form of entertainment.

• Personal deposit limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and can only be lowered without any waiting period.
• Session time limit: Members can set daily session time limits to help better manage their betting time.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Members can request a self-exclusion from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, the account will be suspended and access to the platform will not be permitted.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Members who wish to stop playing permanently may apply for permanent self-exclusion. This decision is irreversible once enforced.
• Self-assessment: We encourage all members to regularly reassess their betting habits and seek professional help if needed.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Marikl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Fraudulent attempts, system manipulation, or any illegal activity on the platform.
• Holding multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software (bots), VPNs, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Requests from competent authorities in accordance with Malaysian law.

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, any legitimate funds held in the account will be returned to the member once the verification process is complete. If the closure is due to fraudulent activity or a breach of terms, marikl reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, marikl and its associated parties shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting, whether winning or losing.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Actions or decisions taken based on information on the platform that may be inaccurate or outdated.

The marikl platform and all its content are provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties. marikl does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or cyberattacks, although we take reasonable measures to ensure the security and reliability of our systems.

10 Terms & Conditions Amendments

Marikl reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the marikl website.

It is your responsibility as a member to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current rules in effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent amendments were made.

Continued use of the marikl platform after any amendment to these terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
